Despite my efforts to try to resolve the issue so that we could continue doing business, the seller, after I sent videos and photos, decided to stop communication and Alibaba needed to step in. Because this order was not what I approved, A plush toy without stuffing in the legs should not have been shipped. Obviously, nobody checked the quality. it cost me a customer and a loss on packaging and repairs. Alibaba did not care about my losses. I have placed thousands of orders and this was the worst communication and resolution in my 45 years of procurement.
