The supplier did a great job with the sample but the actual order was very poor. Despite my efforts to try to resolve the issue so that we could continue doing business, the seller, after I sent videos and photos, decided to stop communication and Alibaba needed to step in. Because this order was not what I approved, A plush toy without stuffing in the legs should not have been shipped. Obviously, nobody checked the quality. it cost me a customer and a loss on packaging and repairs. Alibaba did not care about my losses. I have placed thousands of orders and this was the worst communication and resolution in my 45 years of procurement.
